Welcome to HOASlayer.com. This site is intended as a resource for homeowners and their attorneys. The owner of this site is a 74 year old Florida attorney. He’s represented Florida homeowners against homeowner’s association (HOA’s) since the 1980’s. Rather than using this site to advertise his own services, he decided to turn it into a vehicle to share with homeowners and younger attorneys his insights and experience from litigating against homeowners associations in Florida. This site is a work in progress. The owner will continually be adding new topics and subjects (“SAMPLE CASES”).
